NITA F11 Course Evaluation Form is a document used by participants of training programs to provide feedback on the quality of the training. This form is issued by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) in Kenya and is an important tool for assessing the effectiveness of training programs in the fields of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environment and Sustainability. The form helps us to understand the level of satisfaction of the trainees and to identify areas of improvement for the training program.
